Yeah, basically this. I was thinking of putting down a draft of the revision, but I am worried that the calculations might be wrong, which would ruin the consistency and the revision as a whole.
The only one we are sure is correct is the Captain Marvel 6-B calc, which however can be used only as support evidence to prove consistency since it is performed by a character from a different timeline.
So, the confirmations from some users more expert in calculations might help a lot with it.

Working on the revision for What If and the Infinity Stones took me a really long time, so before starting working on the draft for this revision I prefer to be sure that there are solid possibilities that it might be accepted.
But if you want to discuss about the possible upgrades and the calculations for it, there is a thread about it here.

Well, just think about that you have DC characters that are basically on that tier. I also know some Warcraft characters that are High 6-B
