Not really, seeing as vultron got so powerful that the watcher couldn’t predict what he would do(atleast for that ep) it would seem that beings that are more powerful then him are resistant or immune to his future sight
I Think it was just vultron resistence rather than strength tbf
He can predict strange supreme and Killmonger movements
But yeah maybe

Ultron was basically a threat because he could travel across the Multiverse, not because he could destroy it at large. Also, if the Celestials really caused the Big Bang, either they did it by combining their strength or did it very casually, wich would put them even above the Stones (likely the case since there are infinite timelines so infinite versions of the Stones)

Dormammu after big bang be like:

Seriously though, if the Celestials are truly behind the Big Bang and the Stones, that makes the absolute greater-scope villain of the entire MCU (and Arishem would be the great villain technically since he's their leader)
Pretty sure the celestials didn’t make the stones. Maybe, maybe not. We don’t know what there motives are at all so I’m not sure. Pretty sure arishem is just the judge tbh

My point since he was an threat to the multiverse he has to kill everyone which included the Celestials

Going by marvel hq there is some villains celestials and eternals have to team up to beat so yeah

Strange had help and Ultron didn't exactly have all the stones with him. Plus Strange saw Uatu as stronger than himself in episode 3

Or we could just assume strange got stronger but that'd be headcanon
Help from People amped by him Doesn't Change strange overpowered vultron with big tentacles and at the end of the fight
Even if Ultron didn't had soul stone there we seen vultron without stones > watcher physically
Strange was wanking watcher în that episode
Strange said watcher is an good when he isn't
And if you talk about the Punishment statament we have no idea how uatu will do that

Am I the only one whi actually doesn't care in any way about the Hawkeye series lol?
Nah imma watch it to
If they're behind the Big Bang, they've accidentally (or not?) created them since originally the Stones were originally singularities from the Bang
dosen’t really mean they created said singularities especially when it’s implied these guys made them
