From what I can tell, the tier was likely going to be around 6-Bish to High 6-B given the Thanos Tesseract calc. But this is going to either have to be an outlier or if we do incorporate it, we're going to need some big justifications for it

Why is Ultron only 3-B with size manip if he said he can destroy galaxies with a thought? He also proceeded to attempt a galaxy destroying blast, only being stopped by strange’s energy absorption.
Plus he also traded blows in base with the watcher, who directly tanked an attack from size enlarged ultron.

I'm unsure. I could do it so I could ping everyone, although I know there's a lot of stuff to compile, and it's probably best for the people who worked on the calcs and reformatting to work together on it and then choose someone to post it.
