Does he ever do that? IIRC, characters need to do such a thing at full speeds or say someone reacts to him flying at those speeds.
Flight speed is different from movement speed.
Infinite Ultron's movement speed is definitely not anything beyond Subsonic

Strange Supreme is gonna be Low 2-C, new abilities, a bit of different scaling due to new WoG, Potential profiles and Low 2-C keys for some characters.

More or less. Uatu is baseline actually. Strange is somewhat below him
Infinite Ultron => Armored Uatu => Uatu = Baseline > Strange Supreme => The avengers

Btw did someone find it weird that Uatu like know about everything that's gonna happen and how to defeat IU but in episode 8, he's shocked about Ultron appearance and literally stated he doesn't know shit about him at all? Pretty inconsistent stuff right there Marvel.

Only thing that could improved these are longer runtimes. It needed it, and I called it after the first episode.
