Ok but like the only feat that’s technically calculable would be his Captain marvel fight and maybe his galaxy eating feat every thing else I’m not sure of

Multiversal isn't far fetched Doctor Strange's range is Multiversal+ with portals since the infinite multiverse is his range and he can travel throughout it I'd say breaching the watchers space is definitely justification enough since that's where he peers at all the realities

When I'm at it, Uatu should get Creation and Cloth manip since he was able to create an armor out of cosmic energy and switch back to his normal clothes. Also, Infinity Ultron should get Resistance to Heat for resisting being directly exposed to Xandar's core without problems and to BFR (the sphere scene)
