I think it could be argued Thanos was just never able to harness the full capabilities of the stones, whereas Ultron specifically could.
What I'm saying is, I don't think Thanos with the complete gauntlet scales to the full power of the Infinity stones

We should definitely do a sheer size calc for Giant Ultron to find his speed and AP. Something like what was done with TTGL. Like it definitely yields Multi Galaxy level and Massively FTL+, but better to get a calc.
