but is there enough evidence for everyone in Phase 3 to be scaling to 5-B? Even Surtur's feat is still debatable

I think it's enough for High 6-A I doubt 5-B will go though but that's worth having the higher tiered stuff there so the lower ends can get more shine since there's more precedent

The rest are just assuming a character would scale above (Insert Thing), which while logically correct still isn't a direct statement.
And since it's not a direct statement it's likely not gonna be accepted because of the sites strict rules when it comes to this sort of thing

The CRT, the one I made at least, doesn't include any 5-B upgrade, if 5-C scaling is rejected then only the Post-Awakening characters would be High 6-A

Another feat you can add is Clea at the end of MoM cutting a portal to the Dark Dimension into existence with just her hand, based on the in-universe rules of the MCU that'd be 6-A too
