Master Swordsman vs...Origami

Given Precog (That should somewhat make up for Dracule's own), intense Statistics Amplificaiton and Healing, Kartana probably has the edge. Also OHKO and critical hits.
 
Critical Hits in Pokémon is pretty much hitting an opponent's weak points. And Kartana can make them guaranteed to happen via Laser Focus.

Guillotine is just outright decapitation.
 
Kartana also has Guillotine, which if it actually hits, is just a straight up oneshot. I'm not sure if move accuracy is considered game mechanics on this site or not. Detect allows Kartana to dodge almost any attack, and yeah Laser Focus basically home in on an opponents weak points. Fury Cutter gets more powerful if used in succesion, Synthesis is a healing move that is stronger on a sunny day, Aerial Ace is supposed to never miss and Swords Dance basically doubles his physical damage.

The way it is worded sounds like it's more than decapitation.

But i won't derail more than this
 
Well, Guillotine is still OHKO even for beings without a conventional head.

Besides the description of the attack never mentions decapitation, it says explicitly that it's a vicious, tearing attack with big pincers, just this.

kartana wins, he can do anything that anything kurosaki can do and he's smaller and has flght so he would be hard to hit, and if he gets hit he can heal himself with synthesis and has more ranged atttacks. the only thing going for kurosaki it's skill, but kartana's are born swordmans, literally, so skill would not be that big of a factor
