Before you say anything, this isn't trying to bring Master Hand back to Low 2-C. Upscaling from Trophy Dialga was kinda strange to begin with. Sure you could argue spirit rankings but that's for another time.
However, Master Hand shouldn't just be Large Mountain level.
Galeem's universe busting attack required it to absorb all of it's Master Hands. While we see Galeem destroy a galaxy in it's ending, there's technically no proof it re-destroyed the universe. I'm also going to ignore that Galeem's rays canonically affected other universes because that's a whole other can of worms.
At launch, Smash Ultimate had 75 characters including Echo Fighters. DLC characters likely did not begin appearing until after World of Light started given Hero and Sephiroth's trailers. Marth says that each fighter would need to defeat about ten Master Hands. This means there were about 750 Master Hands at that point, given Marth isn't really the type for hyperbole.
Assuming Galeem is as strong as the Master Hands it summons, that means that Master Hand would be 1/751st of baseline Universe level. Multi-Galaxy level. Since Galeem can, as far as we know, only reach universal with this absorption, that also means Galeem (And by extension Dharkon) would be nerfed to Multi-Galaxy level, and get to be universal by absorbing Master Hands.
Fighters defeating it dosn't really make this inconsistent, since MH is stated to hold back it's full power. While it's possible to assume that Master Core is this power, this is totally unconfirmed. The World of Light Master Hands are also much stronger than the fighters when the lack spirits, but this website seems allergic to using spirits to support higher tiers for smash characters I'll end that thought there.
Crazy Hand and Tabuu also obviously scale to this, Crazy for being Master Hand's equal and Tabuu for stomping Master Hand.
