Massive Remy from Ratatouille Revisions

I can't believe I'm doing this but I have to, the Ratatouille needs these massive revisions, before I die this is what will stay in everyone's wake.

"Speed: Superhuman (Outran Chef Skinner, which was following him at top speed on a motorcycle)"
First off Skinner didn't use a motorcycle he used a moped:


Apparently mopeds top off at 19 mph:

Which is athletic human.

Second off I don't know if we can directly say "top speed"


He didn't drive for that long for the mph to reach max if I'm getting my acceleration laws correct.

So overall Remy should be likely athletic human.
