I don't remeber anyone voting for Bender via black holes. The votes were because of Non-Corporeality, which technically counts because Bender starts in his non-physical form.

Mario has sometimes been able to harm Boos which gives him non-physical interaction, but more than not he can't. Mario can possibly harm Bender, but more than likely he won't be able to.

He can´t as the non-corporeality of Bender isn´t an spiritual one at all.

He wins either way. Non-corporal or not. Without Non-corporeal, Bender kills Mario before he thinks. With it, he stomps. However the match is already over and creeps are already on their high horse with this match. Whoever made the OP close it.
