A lot of things got refuted. It just it can't be debated and held back forever just because your still debating. Since it hit grace and people were fighting back with their reasons, the votes are still valid.

His "immunity", as said above, a means nothing.
He has zero experience with anything like Sans, or danmaku in general. Tánd the fights he'd been in were as skill based as he is graceful after 50 ahots of cocaine.
Lifting strenght is literally not a factor. Bender can't touch Sans, and trying to touch his attacks would kill him.
Murderous intent, again, means nothing because he can't get even close to hitting Sans.
Range is still useless because all his ranged attacks lack the ability to hit a teleporter.
Striking strenght is a non-factor for the same reason lifting is.
Stamina advantage means nothing when you die in half a second.
All of this should have been a "no dūh", but you better actually argue because this are not reasonable ways for Bender to win. It's like voting by AP in a hax thread and then getting an fra bandwagon, and expecting it to go through.
Bender has no danmaku, his ranged abilities are guns that are slow and can't hit a teleporter, Sans just teleports him in the middle of a bone barrage, and all his other abilities aren't applicable to this fight.
