A certain thread was closed because “Another one bites the dust” without my position having been debunked and while I was writing a reply, so it’s OK to continue this.
On this one, it’s the plumber’s turn.
Finally, I’m responding to a few objections to my position.

1) Power Stars may be able to create dimensions, but mustn't be able to empower their users.Multi-Solar System level (Can defeat users of the Power Stars, which can create pocket dimensions full of stars.
- He has more of them the last time he fights Bowser in their debut than the others, yet defeats him more difficultly simply as the villain is in perfect condition; and he has more of them the second one than the first one, yet defeats him more difficultly simply as the villain is no longer careless.
- That being said, them giving power to Bowser’s troops means they let them “convert the residents of the painting world into monsters”.
3) Power Moons mustn't be able to empower their users, either.Can harm Power Moon users, which are comparable to Power Stars.
4) King Boo’s gem may be able to create dimensions and can empower its user, but can do the latter barely well enough to let him use a charged attack to shatter the Dark Moon, a human-sized moon seemingly made of the same material as the gem, which is referred to just as a jewel or gem.

The second to last paragraph says they get their aches after breaking all the blocks of each day.

They can’t break many blocks without getting an ache afterward.
He only needs one swing to smash a larger and tougher boulder than another one a Goomba of “the best of Bowser’s most elite troops” needs two hits to smash.
