I'd say the Lake Trio since they have equal power to Dialga and Palkia whom created the entire 3-D and 4-D, Mespirit could make Lucy not even want to attack, give her Suicidal thoughts and make her kill herself or even give up. Uxie could wipe her memory clean or think of a way to beat her anyway, Azelf could take her willpower away and do what Mespirit did.
