I honestly think 2014 Oni should be baseline 9-B just from how much damage he managed to do to Takeshi (Effectively reduced him from living screaming human to organs) in such a short amount of time. Either way, be should have superior AP. SP Oni does seem to have the LS advantage thanks to head ripping CRT that still isn't added yet but like Mario said, the other one has better abilities so I'm going to vote for 2014 Oni as well.
Oh, and speed should be equalized.
