Athena from what i am seeing has resistance to a lot of Lucifer's abilities. But i can't see her being able to get past Law Manipulation and Probability Manipulation Lucifer has.

Athena's Probability Manipulation on her page has no justification whatsoever, not even a single summary on how she can use it.

Causality Manipulation would have been useful, only issue with that is Lucifer has full control over Hell's Laws.

The only advantage Athena has is her passive ability to disable all senses and the mind of her opponent.

Iirc she has passive probability manipulation, but again since Lucifer has control over hell's laws.

Athena's Probability Manipulation is what allowed her to defeat Hades by burning her Divine Cosmos and creating a Miracle. It's essentially a skill that creates a winning scenario out of any unfavorable one. Her Saints such as Seiya are capable of using this skill regularly.

Athena has a standard attack potency advantage and durability advantage. She has the ability to regenerate from any of Lucifer's damage as well due to her Mid-Godly. I'd argue that her Acausality would be of use against Lucifer's Law Manipulation because her Ichor is what allowed Capricorn Shura to remain in the world despite the natural laws of causality trying to destroy him during Episode G Assassins.

If Lucifer is unable to operate without his senses or mind, I think there is a real way that Athena loses.

Lucifer's Fate and Probability Manipulation on the other hand allows him to prevent certain outcomes, inevitable or not, within Hell of course. From the looks of it they both can cancel each other out.

Lucifer's raw power can't put her down for sure, but Law Manipulation? Athena's Acausality has demonstrated its uses against Causality Manipulation and the laws of causality in general, but this is where Lucifer's Law Manipulation differs:

Acausality is a direct counter to anything Causality related, including its laws. Lucifer's Law hax on the other hand allows him to impose "Laws" and rewrite the previous ones in Hell. Theoratically this should allow him to negate everything Athena has--

The only thing saving Athena from being turned into kebab here is her Cosmos, which idk if it can affect Lucifer inside hell.
