It turns out that the one given to Blonsky was an imperfect variant, as was the one given to Banner, so i say no to what my previous question was.

Well, imperfect variant isn't the right term. You know when Cap was put into that chamber? he was doused with a raditation called vita rays, this was to sucessfully stimulate the growth of the body. Banner used gamma rays, turning him into the Hulk. Blonsky used a variation that did not require either.

Okay. That solves the problem then. Blonsky and Cap should be evaluated separately.

Speaking on the subject of such, Hulk should have disease immunity, as it was stated in the Hulk film, that his blood held the key to making a person immune to disease (i am paraphrasing, he more directly said it'd make a person immune, and not the key).
