Fear hax that Ark-Zero has isnt knock out the opponent, it just make you feel intense fear and pain, the opponents can still stood up and fight.

so it makes you feel fear and pain if you get close to him and you can still move around even if you are. this is fine then although considering the massive ap difference any range blast, shockwave, propulsion energy emitted by meteor boros would one shot Ark.

The same could be said with Ark-Zero haxes. He only need one hit to transmutes Boros's attacks and body into energy for his attack.

The main reason i root for Ark-Zero, is because his strongest ability, the Analytical Prediction that can accurately calculates over hundred milions possibilities in one second (which goes so far that he can calculates other people's analytical predictions).

Furthur more is that Ark-Zero view the world in slow motion to calculates these possibilities, and given that each calculation can go up for 10 years (scaled to his sister AI, Zea), bilions of years already passed in Ark-Zero's mind when he is calculating Boros's movements in one second and what Boros would do next.

So in those time span, Ark-Zero can view Boros's movements in slow motion. And when he seeing that Boros is attacking with the ranged attacks, he can either dodge it, or uses his finisher All Extinction to convert those attacks into energy for his finisher and one-shot Boros instead.

Given the massive AP difference its not even fighting anymore, can he neg regeneration? if he doesn't one shot and put Boros down after the initial meteor dash Boros gradual propulsion force ap stomps/melts Ark along with the area.

What i means is, getting near Ark-Zero would cause one to feel intense fears and pain. Or perhap Boros is someone that still goes for melee combat despite being fear the opponent ?

Did Ark Fear Manipulation is only working for fuwa that had chip inside his head??

Well, despite the name many characters in the verse commonly use their finishing attack from the get-go. This isn't out-of-character for Ark since he's focus on eradicate any living creatures as his main purpose, more so with his precognition allows him to read Boros movement and power.

Boros got hit by fear aura which renders him stunned for enough time for Ark to release his attack on him.

idk kamen rider enough to assumed he'd do that but if fear hax isn't an instant incap its a fine matchup.
