Some of the stuff mentioned here were already accepted before the previous thread, so I'll just list the old version of the page that includes RX. Let me know if I have forgot something, since this was kinda rushed even though it took more than one month for this to be completed.
We first need to account the official multipliers for each thing, RX Kick is 3 times stronger than Black's previous Rider Kick (also a 3x times amp), Roborider is 1.2 times stronger than RX, and Robo Kick is 1.2 times stronger than RX Kick (although this one isn't that much used).
First off, we need to notice a thing about Black RX's reactive evolution, his limitless potential of growing in battle. He has fought against multiple Crisis Demon Warriors, who were said to be the strongest of their kind, by the time of their respective episodes. Yet, he manages to defeat every single of them.
And perhaps, the most blatant example of this, it's against Gran Zairus and Jark Midler.
Gran Zairus is said to be Crisis' most powerful creature, overpowering not only Black RX, and his Roborider form, but all of the 10 Kamen Riders, from Ichigo to ZX. He could not be defeated in a physical match, so Biorider invaded his internal mechanisms to trigger a self-destruction.
We later are presented the resurrected fom of General Jark, Jark Midler, with the title of "the most powerful of Crisis Empire". He overpowered both V3 and Riderman, and later overwhelmed Black RX, including Roborider. Eventually, he managed to gain upper hand even as Biorider, and ultimately defeated him.
Basically, RX's power growth allows him to defeat enemies that are much stronger than him initially, whether be tanking his kicks, to even defeat his most powerful forms, hence why the scaling chain is decently high.
When confused by his own power, the Kingstone itself manifests outside Kotaro's body, and explains exactly why he was resurrected. Kingstone reveals that the life energy of the sun shines upon everything in the world, and its very love of the universe is what gives things a life, and grants Black RX its total power and protection, whether that be healing, and resurrect him as long as light shines upon the world.
However, the light of the sun isn't just about sun rays reaching Earth, but it's about the life energy of the universe itself. This backs up to Kingstone's statement, with the life energy of the sun shining upon everything in the world, and its love that brings life to things.
This grants Kotaro Minami a higher degree of Immortality (Type 4 and 8) than previously, as he doesn't relies only of the Sun, but the Kingstone, and the very life energy of the universe.
This grants Kotaro both Soul Manipulation and Resistance to Soul Manipulation, since as a Century King, he is able to remove the Kingstone (soul) from another Century King, and is able to take direct attacks and effects to his Kingstone. This should also be applied to Shadow Moon (since he is a Century King as well) and the Creation King (for creating the Kingstones and being on a higher hierarchy level than a average Century King).
Shadow Moon will get a new key "Post-Resurrection (Black RX)" based on this with "At least 4-B" rating.
After Black RX is sent to the past, he encounters the High Priests, who were now messengers from the afterlife, and he slowly becomes Black again. While General Jark's plan seems to have worked, Black RX appears from the future and rescues his past self, unaffected by his past becoming Black. However, RX mentions that he will die if Black does. Later on, Roborider (who also says that will cease to exist if Black dies) and Biorider appears from different timelines/worlds, and engage an all-out battle against the revived Crisis Demon Warriors, who after their defeat, Black returns to his time, returning to RX.
This grants a Limited Acausality (Type 1) for Kotaro Minami, as he is not affected by his past self becoming RX, but will die if his past self does. This will applies to his Black series version as well, since this is more tied to Kotaro's existence than the RX power.
However, we also have the following statements about the film;
The 10 Riders appeared to take on against Bosgun and Grand Zairus, aiding Black RX to escape. And then, we have the confrontation against Gran Zairus, where everyone gets slammed by him, the battle against the Spirit World Army warriors, and so on.
For a universal description, I was thinking on;
The keys will also get FTL speed via scaling to Gran Zairus, who travelled from Saturn to Earth in 10 minutes.
By the way, a universal skill that the Riders should have is Accelerated Development given their intense training, giving they were able to fight on par with RX and the Spirit World Army, and Stealth Mastery, as they were able to escape from both Bosgun and Gran Zairus from a simple smoke cloud generated by Super-1, at least, that's what I think.
In addition, the Demon World also exists in a difference space-time from Earth's dimension, considering a jet plane was only able to access it by trespassing a space-time wall, and Crisis needs to use technology that warps space and time to travel to it.

Kingstone: Life, Sun and Soul
The Kingstone in the previous season is estabilished as Kotaro Minami's own life, and direct source of energy and power.However, the Kingstone lore expands even more during Black RX. During Crisis' first invasion scene on Earth, the Skullmas were able to use a special beam that was able to completely destroy Kotaro's ability to transform into Kamen Rider Black. In the end of the episode, Kotaro is killed, with his Kingstone destroyed, and then is sent to outer space, however, the life energy of the sun resurrected Kamen Rider Black as Kamen Rider Black RX.

Shadow Moon was brought back to Kamen Rider Black RX after his death in the original series, with his combat power being enhanced after his resurrection.A resurrected Shadow Moon has strength and power enough to perform feats such as effortlessly overpowering and throwing Gedorian away, overpowering Black RX, restraining Roborider, and harming Biorider. During his final battle against RX, he is able to take a RX Kick and even survive the effects of the Revolcrash, although he slowly dies after.
Shadow Moon will get a new key "Post-Resurrection (Black RX)" based on this with "At least 4-B" rating.

Through the use of Ridoron, RX managed to transcend time and space, and crossing it to travel back in time. Something exactly like the Hyper Clock Up, which allows the user to transcend time and travel through time through sheer speed. This grants Immeasurable travel speed with Ridoron for Black RX.
10 Veteran Riders
In the end of episode 41, it is revealed that all the 10 prior Riders (Ichigo to ZX) were hiding in a secret base in Arizona, where they find decide to help Black RX against Crisis Empire. From there, they begin an all-out intense training, fighting against each other, just for the sake of being at good shape when they take on Crisis, their most powerful opponent.The 10 Riders appeared to take on against Bosgun and Grand Zairus, aiding Black RX to escape. And then, we have the confrontation against Gran Zairus, where everyone gets slammed by him, the battle against the Spirit World Army warriors, and so on.

The Demon World
In the final episode, Emperor Crisis is finally defeated by Black RX, with the finisher engulfing, and destroying the entirety of the Demon World.The Demon World, also known as the World of Monsters, or simply Monster World, is one of the main scenarios of Kamen Rider Black RX. It is another dimension that was created from the mass pollution caused by humanity, that contaminated into another reality, and the home of Crisis Empire. It inhabits the "shadow of the Earth", as Dasmader explains to Black RX to be a destroyed version of Earth.
Although it initally seems to be summarized by just a clone of Earth, it is much more larger than this. Back to episode 32, Maribaron had access to a device that creates a gateway to the Demon World, in order to create a passage to the soldiers, and merge it to Earth, and along with the planet, with abnormal gigantic mountains, we also see the Moon, the Sun, and constellations. In the final episode, during its destruction, we also see planets, stars, and nebulae in the background. In the first episode, Gedorian also refers the Demon World, as being as a dark space that Crisis was trapped for thousands of years.
In addition, the Demon World also exists in a difference space-time from Earth's dimension, considering a jet plane was only able to access it by trespassing a space-time wall, and Crisis needs to use technology that warps space and time to travel to it.
Based on this stuff, Black RX destroying the Demon World, judging by visuals only, would be at least 4-A as it contains at least the Moon, the Sun, stars, constellations and nebulae. There are implications of being High 3-A (as Toei Tokusatsu universes are accepted to be infinite in size), since Dasmader/Emperor Crisis treats it as being a "shadow" or mirrored version of Kotaro's reality, which is why Earth looks literally the same, except destroyed by pollution, or Low 2-C, as it has a different space-time continuum from Kotaro's reality due to both worlds being separated by a space-time wall, and Crisis having to use space-time distortion devices to reach the realm, and due to "world" being extremely used in the context of universes in Kamen Rider, like Saber's Wonder World. For now I'll be aiming 4-A as the lowest end possible since it seems the safest bet in my opinion, although it is definitelty arguable for this feat to be higher, such as High 3-A or Low 2-C.
