Ark's Aura could incapacitate due to it being able to knock people out. Once knocked out, Ark could simply use Sting Scorpion's deconstruction to easily kill Boros then and there.

This key of Boros barely do anything than get punched by Saitama. It's seem most of his powers are in different key as well so i guess Ark just do his usual stuff.

Precog + RPL + Deconstruction so he got my vote.

Which is pretty much a more extreme method than deconstructing him with Sting Scorpion.

Fear hax is actually passive absolutely. While Madness hax is debatably passive.

That one work through Valkyrie who's willpower through mind control chip inside her brain.

That one doesn't knock out opponent though, just make them freeze in spot like a deer in a headlight.

It's a post death thing. But that mean Boros need to know he need to kill the satellite instead of the thing in front of him.

And it's sorta combat applicable? Somewhat.

Boros still has his chances, with Ark-Zero's fear manipulation, he will be much more cautious to Ark-Zero, and uses ranged attacks instead. Not to mention, only one hit is needed for Boros to destroys Ark-Zero.

What i means is, getting near Ark-Zero would cause one to feel intense fears and pain. Or perhap Boros is someone that still goes for melee combat despite being fear the opponent ?
