Dodging light isn't strictly SoL. It can be anywhere from Sub-Rel to MFTL+, so it's probably safer to just scale the people who dodge to relativistic if you can't get a calc or something. If you can just dodge when standing right next to the laser though, you could use FTL.

Wild West characters are up. Will probably do Masaru's profile next, along with possibly each of the fighters in his chapter, since they're somewhat significant
