Battle for Dream Island went from 10-A-9-B to High 7-C-7-B for the low tiers, 5-A for the high tiers, and up to 4-B via god tiers. Four (Battle for Dream Island) used to be 9-B when he was first created, by the way (which was a major downplay, oh DreamCrosser...).

DC Cosmology was at 1-C for a while I think. It now has a solid 1-A cosmology, with characters like Presence, Michael, Lucifer, etc. going from 1-C to 1-A. The Thought Robot and Mandrakk also fluctuated from High 1-B to 1-B to 1-A.

Slight inaccuracy on Devil May Cry in the OP.

They were at High 6-A shortly before the upgrade, but High 6-A had actually been removed from their ratings at that point. And nobody reaches 2-C; only Low 2-C. So it would have been an upgrade from 7-A/Low 6-B to 3-A, possibly Low 2-C.

Also would Hunter x Hunter count? I noticed that Geralt got a big boost hax wise, and I think Nen Crush would be a good contender for the list. HxH matches are really difficult to make now because of it.

A lot of Windows Touhou characters went To High 3-A/Low 2-C (IIRC the God tier of the verse was just 3-A)

Danny Phantom went from 7-C/Low 6-B+ for the God tiers to At Least 4-A (they used to be Low 2-C) but got downgraded), Season 3 characters became High 6-C/Low 6-B in base and Danny has a 4-A attack. Also tons of Hax.

My Little Pony went from High 4-C for the God tiers to 4-B and Low 2-C, the rest of the cast also got upgraded in some ways.
