Wow, this was brutally ignored.
Anyway, because of Emerl's recent downgrade, Sunstar has a cleary advange in everything (sans speed), but Emerl compensates with his ability to copy stats.
Also, Emerl has regenation, space-time manipulation and teleportation, not to mention that if he manages to copy all of Sunstar attacks, he can use the Sunstar Combo Card (which basically means he can use all of Sunstar attack in rapid succession).
So vote for Emerl.

Ok, so what? there's no real reason to think it wouldn't have same the effect.
I mean, is not like Emerl made the techniques by himself, he copied them from the characters he fought.
Also, Emerl's Lifting Strength is Class 10 for having copied Chaos & Knuckles sheer strenght.

Emerl's copying affects absolutely everything: attacks, abilities, running styles, jumping abilities, fighting styles, stances, voices, stats, weapons and even color. Ultimate Emerl furthermore has the ability to amplify any powers he has copied, making them stronger than the original powers.
And no, the image Rodri showed isn't a "stat amplifying technique", but a "stat copying technique". In the pic, he literally copied Tails' durability. His stats can change constantly as well through instantenuous alternation between copied stats. So one moment he can have Knuckles' durability, Amy's strength and Rouge's speed, and the next he can switch to Knuck's strength, Shadow's speed and Chaos' durability.
The moment the battle starts, Emerl can copy all of Sunstar's stats.

So, Sunstar has the following: "Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2 and 3), Longevity, Fire Manipulation, Energy Projection, Flight, Spaceflight, Can turn himself into an invulnerable fireball,"
We removed the self-destruction mechanism and made both 5-B, therefore they are all....perfectly balanced as all things should be.
However, Emerl simply put has the better abilities and techiques. He has power mimicry, elemental abilities, Shadow's chaos techniques, also self sustenance, longevity, 4000 years of combat experience, and more. Emerl should be able to overcome Sunstar and destory him in all honesty, I'm not sure how Sunstar could win. Emerl could even copy his skills and add it into his data, which means Sunstar is pretty outmatched here heavily.
