Olaf is attributed to having defated Aatrox, Garen, Quinn/Valor and Malachite, but the comic that the feat comes from is not considered canon to League of Legend's main story. The comic itself is meant to portray more of a 'What If?' scenario. SandalwoodGrips, a riot employee states this in the discussion on this page . Here are some notable quotes to put into perspective of the version of Olaf vs. actual canon Olaf, plus this comic itself being non-canon.
"What makes this comic bland and unimaginative? Also it should be noted that these, along with all of our comic collabs, aren't tied to the canon League universe. They're more "What if?" tale collaborations between us and community creators. If you're expecting more official lore-dense world building type stories, I could see that being an issue. Pun kind of intended."
"If you don't buy into the character fantasy, I can't help ya there. That being said, I wouldn't suggest trying to make one-to-one comparisons between this Olaf and his in-game character. Does Olaf heal himself when he attacks enemies in Runeterra? Probably not. Does he call lightning from the sky to smite his foes? Nah. In the comic you see callbacks to those abilities because it's fun, easter-eggy stuff, but this isn't Summoner's Rift Olaf. This isn't canon Olaf. This is Olaf vs. Everything Olaf. There are similarities, but they aren't the same."
Going further, we also credit Olaf for stalemating Sejuani as a feat, who is Low 7-C.
As such, unless, Olaf has a true feat to put him at 7-C, he should be put at Low 7-C and have him defeating all those champions removed.
