Sanji can also just knock Laxus out of Corida with Veau Shot. He also has biological manipulation and can change Laxus' bone structure with each of is hits.

Sanji should technically be more skilled, but then again Laxus fought Natsu and Gajeel together and managed to overwhelm them many of times.
He's also comparable to Gildarts so he should be very skilled in his own right

Also if you touch his Lightning Body you will get paralyzed by his magic so it's Sanji's wincon by finding out when Laxus becomes tangible will require some trial and error. Laxus can just capitalize on that, and just Roar him off the stage

Considering that this version of Laxus is >= than GMGs Natsu in skill who scales to Erza who can skill stomp people like Serious Kagura, who can casually skill stomp blitz level amps without even drawing her sword. Sanji's speed isn't gonna be much of an issue for Laxus here

3x isn't a FTE advantage or anything. It just means you can move 3x the distance in the same timeframe
