Not very. She primarily shoots lava from her hands and whatnot. Although punching her isn't a good idea since every time someone touches her in the movie their hands gets singed.

Also, Natsu isn't exactly 4,3 Megatons per say. He fodderized two punks who are stronger than Gray who is 4,3 megs.

Still not sure if that is enough to get around the regen tho, just want to point it out.

Natsu was like....going easy on them the whole time. He didn't even need to resort LFD mode to overpower their combined attack.

But not like that matter, this Natsu hadn't show anything that could counter regen on that level.
