Itsuki scales above a casual sleeping Medeus' twin timeline earthquake feat and a semi-serious Medeus splitting the mirage's world into two. So around a bit above baseline.

Can Kurome hurt beings that have stand-like "cannot be seen or hurt by non mirage-users" properties?
End-Game Itsuki can also eventually use the "power of a lord" to steal Kurome's performa, which would emotional-manip her into surrendering if not death by exhaustion.

Aside of that, Itsuki can use paralysis and stat amplification. Quite vanilla electricity user powerset SMT-wise.
Aether can dura-negate for a single hit.

From the video I saw, he has to raise his hand to do such, so if Kurome sees him doing that, she'll probably use some thought-based Empath Manip via Negative Energy to essentially make him become her minion of sorts.

Aside of that, Itsuki can use paralysis and stat amplification.

Paralysis seems like a problem, but it seems like he needs to make contact, so. . .same as above.

Aether can dura-negate for a single hit.

Dura Neg kinda becomes moot since she has Type 4 and 8, something which he can't prevent and happens pretty fast.

Kurome also can summon/create the Dark CPUs if she so pleases, which is something she has done a few times so it's not unreasonable to say she would do it off the bat. Dark CPUs have EE and Space-Time Manip on their attacks, so if she decides to get one of them in here and Itsuki gets hit by one of their attacks, he'd go yeet skeet goodbye.
