Luke might actually have a really solid chance here. His psychic powers trump that of Kirby's immensely, with his Clairvoyance, ability to hide his psychic presence from Kirby (Which would counter his precognition), Psychometry (allowing him to analyze Kirby and figure him out, and he can use Ionize to disable Kirby's weapon-based abilities.
He should also have far more experience and skill, allowing him to easily play around anything Kirby can do. He doesn't have anything that could easily off Kirby right off the bat, but he should still be able to wear Kirby down.
Unless an ability like Crash could work here, as it's an omni-directional attack.
