So what tier is King Dedede in the competitive ranking now?
I’m sorry but tier lists are irrelevant. So what tier is King Dedede in the competitive ranking now?
Do you have any extra info on the isolated isles forgo dreams? So just from my 100% playthrough of the game, I tried to jot down any versus viable stuff that could be added to Kirby's profile in the future, I might make a CRT for it down the road, but have you guys noticed so far? There'll be spoilers down below for those who haven't finished yet:
Kirby has gained:
Time Manipulation via Time Crash
ID-F86 / Fecto Forgo seems to have the following abilities:
-A planet-wide wave of psychic energy that can take control of (either mind control/possession)the inhabitants of the planet, including every enemy and boss you encounter
-Can also manually possess specific indiviuals
-Soul manipulation & BFR, as it was able to shatter Leongar's soul and scatter it across an entire dimension.
-Illusion creation, capable of creating replicas of various enemies & bosses across the series using psychic energy based on ID-F86's collected memories of the victim while under their control.
-Low Godly regen (?), via being able to survive the complete and utter destruction of its body by surviving purely through its own powerful mind, taking a phantom form instead.
Fecto Elfilis / Chaos Elfilis seems to have the following abilities/feats:
-One of the most solid High 5A feats in the series via throwing Planet Popstar through a spatial-teleportation vortex, causing it and the Forgotten Land to both approach their Roche Limit.
-Presumably everything the prior form has
-Heavily enhanced spatial-teleportation abilities
Meta Knight has gained:
-Limited possession/mind control resistance, as he was able to resist ID-F86's control attempts via sheer force of will.
Morpho Knight has gained:
-Soul destruction/absorption, via consuming ID-F86/Soul Forgo, killing it completely
Anything else worth noting you guys think?
Is it not part of the extended story that Morpho Knight only had soul absorption via consuming ID-F86/Soul Forgo, since after the defeat of Morpho Knight Soul Forgo was revealed to survive the absorption of Morpho Knight and in return absorbed the powers of Morpho Knight and became Chaos Elfilis?Do you have any extra info on the isolated isles forgo dreams?
pretty muchIs it not part of the extended story that Morpho Knight only had soul absorption via consuming ID-F86/Soul Forgo, since after the defeat of Morpho Knight Soul Forgo was revealed to survive the absorption of Morpho Knight and in return absorbed the powers of Morpho Knight and became Chaos Elfilis?
I imagine he would also have it based off of whatever the **** he did to Galacta Knight in Star Allies. Is it not part of the extended story that Morpho Knight only had soul absorption via consuming ID-F86/Soul Forgo, since after the defeat of Morpho Knight Soul Forgo was revealed to survive the absorption of Morpho Knight and in return absorbed the powers of Morpho Knight and became Chaos Elfilis?
What kind of info are you looking for? I could pull up any of the figurines that have lore descriptions regarding it.Do you have any extra info on the isolated isles forgo dreams?

What? No. Soul absorption is what allowed him to consume the boss in the first place. Plus he did it previously too.Is it not part of the extended story that Morpho Knight only had soul absorption via consuming ID-F86/Soul Forgo, since after the defeat of Morpho Knight Soul Forgo was revealed to survive the absorption of Morpho Knight and in return absorbed the powers of Morpho Knight and became Chaos Elfilis?
I am reacting towards this statementWhat? No. Soul absorption is what allowed him to consume the boss in the first place. Plus he did it previously too.
I mean as a concept for their design it works but like 90% of the bosses happen outside of dream land and popstar in general. Cause the only bosses that you fight in dream land are the first two dark matters, nightmare, gryll and dedede. You could also say Dynablade and Meta knight but idk if they count. There's also Sectonia but she is fought in the skies far above dreamlandI just realized something: the reason so many Kirby final bosses are nightmare fuel is probably because Kirby takes place in Dream Land, and most of these bosses look like the stuff you'd see in nightmares.
I have it like this in the CRT:Morpho Knight has gained:
-Soul destruction/absorption, via consuming ID-F86/Soul Forgo, killing it completely

A canon Kirby novel?Extra information I just found out: The novel is a stand alone novel that ISN'T related to the novel series we currently have. The novel is gonna have commentary by Shinya Kumazaki at the end of it.
This potentially means that the novel is gonna be the novelization of the game and it could be canon.
If this comment ends up being proven wrong, I will laugh. To reply to the comment Arceus0x left in my wall; I still don't see what makes this not part of the Mie takase series when it has the same artwork. The commentary by Shinya Kumazaki is indicative of nothing as it is the 30th anniversary of Kirby, he would need to say the equivalent of "this is canon" to matter. And none of the facts we know about this mean it's likely to be canon, any comic and light novel that follow events of a videogame series or the like aren't simply canon because of it, this much needs to be explicitly proven. If anything, I would be willing to believe we can drag things from this 1 novel to his light novel series as it had to be its own thing because it has minor contradictions not worth dealing with and because the series states the events in Return to Dream Land having happened before off-screen.
it explicitly stated that it ISN'T part of the series that goes before. In fact, this isn't the first time Mie has made a novel that isn't canon to the main series, such as the one about the dream gears. To reply to the comment Arceus0x left in my wall; I still don't see what makes this not part of the Mie takase series when it has the same artwork. How so?"Kirby, King Dedede, Bandanna Waddle Dee and Meta Knight too, were about to have a friendly picnic" this already makes it noncanon btw.
they literally were chasing after a cake. For all we know the novel might have elaborated more on it and it begins with a picnic, then the trio chase after each other and then Lor crashes. This could easily be consistent. A novelization can have extra information, the one thing that a novelization isn't supposed to do is give any info contradictory to the game."Kirby, King Dedede, Bandanna Waddle Dee and Meta Knight too, were about to have a friendly picnic" this already makes it noncanon btw.
Well, it definitely seems like this...afaik all of the mie takase's main series novels are TsubasaBunko novels which a specific type of light novel that is simple and easy to read. All of the series is written in that style except for this one, which is made as a normal novel, just like novelizations.
Wikirby has this to say:
"Takes inspiration from Kirby's Return to Dream Land.
This volume is planned to be published on the day of Kirby's 30th anniversary, and commentary by Shinya Kumazaki is planned to be at the end of the book. The volume was also advertised early in the previous volume.
This volume is not part of the Tsuabasa Bunko series and is instead published in a deluxe stand-alone format."
they take their info from japanese shops. Either way it is still not out and is still vague. We haven't even gotten translations for the pupupu train book so at best we'll see this book translated in like october or sth, unless of course someone decides to buy it and translated early which is false hope.
...aged poorly real fast.To reply to the comment Arceus0x left in my wall; I still don't see what makes this not part of the Mie takase series when it has the same artwork. Not bad. What do you think of the high five
Can you not be pretentious? There is nothing wrong with not seeing something be part of a series when someone claims it w/o evidence, this being a "deluxe stand-alone format" better fits into it being its own thing rather than canon, and what I said about the commentary by Shinya Kumazaki & the last thing I said didn't age poorly in any way.
You don’t miss them passionately making out.Not bad.
