Not really. If Godzilla can cover the distance but not get too close they can definately win. It's just that Super's strategy of "Kill everything in sight" works really well here.

If this was Rulers of Earth or Oblivion, I'd say via feats and hacks Godzilla would stomp but Kingdom of Monsters only showed reisstance to mind hacks, energy absorption, some good physical fighting and the atomic breath. The nuclear pulse only seems to come in later and his regen improves massively.
