Well bonesaw just gasses a city from the maximum allowed distance with something that puts Kenny into everything horrible possible without killing him. Hey, she did it to Cherish. But yeah, paralysis, constant agony, memory loss, all while forced to stay alive. She also has shit like that inside her, so killing bonesaw really just forces an incon.

Depending on when in the story this is, she might also have clones of other S9 members available.

Well bonesaw needs very little time to whip stuff like that up. She has the memory thing on hand, even.

I don't think this really works at all, since even with no prep the memory plague is a thing she just has on her that instantly spread across an entire city when she released it, and you gave her knowledge of him.

You probably can't use Bonesaw, she's kinda ridiculous when not forced to play by Jack's rules. I could see about finding you a 10-B hero in worm, since they tend to focus more on incap anyways.

You could actually probably try Cherish, though that might not be fair either. Emotion manipulator, large range. Panacea can incap too, and isn't really inclined to using her power in lethal ways unless stuff changes later in Ward. Tattletale could maybe use her info power to find a way to convince him to leave or drop the fight. Aside from that, we don't really seem to have files made for people I'd think are conducive to a fight like this.

Doesn't he take like a day to rez anyways though

Then it isn't even applicable and he can just be killed normally. He'd lose via incap.

Judging by his profile tho it seems he can also just regenerate and come back. I think his regen is technically separate from his resurrection.
