The anime did get to the Choice Arc where the feat Radical calc'ed was. I could do some searching and find the episode.

I think tsuna was holding back in the calc of the buildings because after choice and before the fight with byakuran he make this feat

Currently waiting on whether or not we can get an upgrade of the calc from the anime version, which I'm doubtful of.

The anime made me so mad. After hours trying the find the scene the cloud forms, I find out they skip a bunch of panels so its super weird to use the timeframe.
