It works for Naruto characters so I don't see why it was overlooked for Kami. Especially since it's consistent with Roshi busting the Moon.

This was discussed. And our head bureaucrat veto's it and scolded the staff who tolerated it. So I'm gonna close this before it goes anywhere. 2 outliers aren't uncommon for a series. Let alone one like DB.
