While i don't think he stomp, it does seen how he had the edge in AP.

It's not much compared to Izuku, so I'm voting for Izuku via combat experience and range advantage, Izuku has fought people stronger, more skilled and much more haxed than K.O.

what really do that does look like Attack Potency At least Wall level, most likely Building level+ (Able to cause notable craters or even break holes in walls, despite being much weaker than Radicles and Enid as level 0.1, has still been able to fight against Darrell alongside them, he has trouble breaking solid metal however) | City Block level (Reasoned with T.K.O.and gained control of his power, however is still a Level 3 hero. Though he notes he is still not used to this new power)

Durability : At least Wall level, possibly Building level+ (Able to survive attacks that leave large craters in walls, though was badly damaged to the point he was unconscious, however this was early in the series and he has taken similar attacks with less damage, Dendy noted him as having "high pain tolerance") | City Block level(Casually blocked Boxmore Jr.'s attacks)

compare to Deku is AP Small Building level+ (Cut through a One-Point Bot with an armor plate. Stronger than Shinso, who can slightly hurt him) | Building level (Able to hurt Todoroki. Can keep up with Bakugou) | Building level+(Can hold his own against Chisaki. Nearly matched the strength of Gentle in Lover Mode and incapacitated him with a kick to the face), Large Building level with 20% (2.5 times stronger than before. Believed he could defeat Chisaki with one strike to the head) | City Block level (Should be superior to High-End. Overwhelmed Monster Chisaki with Full Cowl 100%), higher with 1,000,000% (Knocked out Muscular, who had overpowered Izuku's previous usage of One For All 100%)

Durability Building level (Able to withstand several explosions from Bakugou. Withstood several attacks from a restrained and casual All Might. Took hits from a casual Muscular. Increased his power output from 5% to 8%) to Building level+ (After his training with All Might, Izuku can withstand the power of One For All 20% without hurting himself too much. Took several attacks from Gentle in Lover Mode). His Iron Soles have City Block leveldurability (They can withstand a kick from Izuku using Full Cowl 100% without any visible damage)
