He should be Multi-Continent, likely higher as he was holding back during his fight with Boros, not just multi-continent

"At least" already covers him holding back, although I'm not opposed to "likely higher" if others want it

Wouldn't it be better to put him as "Likely Planet Level". The guide book describes armored Boros as planetary (as well as the other forms), the anime Boros states he was going to destroy the planet and Murata said in an interview that Saitama could blow up the Earth.

We use the source material depiction over the adaptation depiction, so Boros isn't considered Planet level since that's not how his CSRC was drscribed in the manga
