The only way Gojo is winning is by catching goku in unlimited void when he isn't in UI/MUI. This is possible since goku wouldn't be able to see cursed techniques to begin with outside of UI/MUI he doesn't have a way to move inside unlimited void

Kenjaku can use the domain expansion of a person who’s body he’s not even in control of, and Sukuna actually has Megumi’s soul within him, so it’s entirely possible he could use it.
