Juubi's immunity comes from it not having soul, which might need removal given it was eventually revealed to be Kaguya.

At most this immunity keeps BM from taking its soul but nothing prevents her from putting her own soul into and and making it her homie.

Also, big mom literally just has to flex her CH while Juubi has to actually take time to attack and beat her physically which would take way too long.
