I believe it comes from Super Fly's mini-arc when it reflected his attacks back at him. But as shown here, he blocked the blows using Crazy Diamond. (And even the anime shows it like that). As such, he should have his durability downgraded.

It honestly should although ya still attempted a downgrade without finishibg the fight or checking at later feats. Make sure ya complete the arc when ya feel a need for a downgrade.

Excluding that multiple other feats also have josuke at 8-B (tanking a kq blast among plenty of other feats such as bad company).
