if that hax was above human then why didnt he ever use it against other people below jiren level and decided to use his normal fighting powers, mindhax works on all its not applicable on superman super hypnosys since there is no feat and its not like he didnt have chance to use it or times where nothing else was working, if he never use it above human level we have to assume its because its not effective.

It'a hax. It works irrespective of AP unless it has shown limitations or if the target has feats of resisting it.

Jiren has no such feats.

Jiren is not proven to have resistance to mind hax nor has he shown that his brain is somehow ridiculously more complex than a human's.

If this was Superman vs Professor X in a mind hax fight, then you'd have a point, but it's not.
