So I might be wrong but Jills reasoning for 9-A seems somewhat wrong, Shes 9-A due to having "Vaporized a ma" and for having "Easily restrained and knocked Cestis down" I dont know what the calc for the former would be but for the latter would "restraining and easily knocking down" a 9-B really count as a 9-A feat?

If you know the calc for the "Vaporizing a man" part could you please share it or post a link?
