Posting this for @Flashlight237 since they have been off-duty lately. They made this accepted calculation which upgrades Debby's base AP to 9-A. Oh, and there's also this thread that they abandoned which gives her Air Manipulation and Ice Manipulation.

I said it earlier and I wasn't 100% certain but I don't think her flapping her wings and freezing someone is grounds to say "yes she can punch with the same energy used to drop their temperature".

The 9-A calculation in this thread is higher than the freezing a human calculation anyway so that can be ignored.
