They're both relatively unhaxed, but Dr. Monty holds a pretty good AP advantage, scaling to 9 timelines vs 3 timelines. Not much else to add, I feel like Monty takes it.

Silver's page is like....shit. And needs to get redone ASAP. I see some missing abilities here and there. It's like somebody just half-assed the page and only added it cause they realized he exists. And that's a shame too since Silver is actually a good character. But hey, that's just my opinion.
