Sayaka has sensing on a cross-city scale. If he hides, she can just engulf the battlefield in her barrier, and at that point take him down with one of her haxes.

Also, city wide scale summoning easily takes care of dupes (not like they are anything new because again, Kyoko)

The dupicates are as strong as him if the summonings can not beat the duplicates it is useless. Sensing is useless cause she will sense multiple Itachis.

But anyway it is not like she can not win if not this would be a stomp.

Honestly Itachi could seat back for the whole fight and let his clones win it for him. clones has the exact same abilities as the user their only difference is the amout of chakra they have.
