I've heard that there is a lot of differences, in the fact that DBZ Macrocosm and DBS Universe 7's Macrocosm, are vastly different. Is this true? If so, how?

Is there any difference between DBZ Universe and DBS Universe 7 macrocosm?

They are the same though, DBS just expand more on cosmology stuffs

They are the same continuity with DBS extending beyond the borders of the macrocosm.The U7 Macrocosm is same in both.

I don't think their are any major note worthy differences in the cosmology or size of Universe 7 to my knowledge.
