A lot of characters scale to High 7-C from Amber's thunder storm creation.
I find this to be unreasonable as that should simply scale to Environmental Destruction and does not contribute to Amber's attacks to a degree in which she can apply such a level of AP in a fight. It should only be listed as ED and nothing more.
It is also inconsistent when looking at the most recent events in 'Volume 4 Chapter 7:
Tyrian and Qrow are battling at practically even grounds while Ruby could wound Tyrian by slicing part of his tail off. That would be impossible to accomplish due to the gap between MCB level and LT level (around 58 times the difference), unless someone wants to argue that Ruby somehow had that massive power-up while on the road.
I believe it would be sensible to have Tyrian and those equal to him (Cinder, Watz, and Hazel) scale above Ruby with Silver Eyes, who should already scale above the Low 7-C Grimm Drago, making characters like Qrow and Ozpin at least Small Town level.
