Also let's talk how there are characters who don't exist or concepts that aren't characters to being with in this list.
 
"Gods from Masadaverse aren't 1-A, since they are affected by Time Stop."

It's a common argument in brazilian forums, but the same guys says that Demonbane characters are 1-A even if they are affected by temporal changes like having otherselves from another timeline.

Real lif might be InfiniteD, who knows.

I just love it when a game makes the most brief, most vague mention to Hilbert Space and suddenly it's High 1-B.
 
Real life is Tier 0+. Think about it. In a five-dimensional spectrum, a three-dimensional character only has width and length, but no depth. We view the pages omnipotent characters are drawn on as a drawing; with width and length, but no depth. That means we transcend Tier-0 characters by at least two dimensions!
