Given Igneel's intelligence I find it unlikely he's go for h2h against a smaller opponent, exposing his blind spots due to his size for Thor. So Igneel spams Dragon's Roar and wins quite handily with higher AP, really.

Thor only woke up after getting the Stormbreaker which he hasn't have here. He was unconscious by an attack 1.8x weaker than Igneel's general output so he won't wake up after one attack.

I don't think so. He tanked Thanos's torture but he was unconscious against the 392 teraton after some exposure and he was fine when the Stormbreaker was on his hands.
