He is skilled at kempo and boxing, using it in melee attacks and a few of his finishers. Since he starts as Sanagiman, he would either wait a few seconds to become Inazuman, or he would absorb the kinetic energy from attacks or thermal energy. His most used abilities are teleportation, the Reverse, and energy attacks. He would occasionally use telepathy, telekinesis or clairvoyance if it is needed.

Regen is relative and so is AP so I guess it comes down to abilities. To my knowledge Thor can't resist the corrosion effect of Lightning Reverse so I think Inazuman just wins by having an attack that can instantly end the fight.
