I'm trying to do a calc with this rule in mind: "Replacing pre-existing files is strongly discouraged without discussing it in a thread here."

Like, if replacing the image is only going to impact "X blog" stuff like verse explanations/calcs, and it doesn't negatively impact the wiki in anyway. Should this rule be still enforced and am I able to replace my own images with new ones?
