Reinhard, naturally bloodlusted as he is, immediately draws Reid, causing Ichebei attemptr to dodge, fails due to range, and immediately gets his atomized brutally and ferociously the equivalent of Pyrrah in the Volume 3 finale.

Gargoyle is correct, in the only 2 instances Reinhard has used reid, he instantly proceeded to one shot his opponents.
Though in the first instance it was literally cause Puck's existence would continue freezing the world and killing ppl, so he had to be taken out, which he proceeded to do by launching an energy blast that at least covered several hundred kilometers, and erased all traces of Puck from the world, along with rejuvenating what Puck destroyed, which had been frozen at the atomic level.
The second instance was with Cecilius, but due to it being untranslated i only know that again Reinhard proceeding to one shot, and in this case i don't think Cecilius was literally threatening the entire world like Puck was, so seems his mind set with Reid is going for the one shot.
He does also have precog that allows him to distingush all his opponents moves in advance.
